It’s only natural to be curious about your body, but so often, we
women don’t talk to each other about self-pleasure. This month, we’re
going to break the silence! We’ll be talking, as a group, about one of
the most precious and pleasurable areas of your body: your girl bits!
自分のカラダに興味を持つのは自然なことでもちろん、
私達は自分の「お楽しみ」について女性としてはほとんど話したりしません。
今月は、沈黙を破る月とします！
体の一番、大事でそれでいて一番「感じる」場所についてグループで話します！
We’ll start by covering the basics of anatomy, and move on from there
to discuss ways to experience greater pleasure. How can you learn how
to touch yourself most effectively? To relax and enjoy the feelings
you experience? What about toys? Where can you get them, and how do
you know what to buy? What about… porn?!
解剖学的なことをすこし説明し、そこから、快楽体験への道について話を進めていきましょう。
どんな風に自分を触るのが効果的なのか？
どうやって力を抜いて感じる楽しみを持つのか？
あなたの体験？おもちゃはどうよ？どこで買えるのか、どうやってつかうのか・・・
何を買えばいいのか、ポルノはどうよ？
Hopefully, by the end of the night, you’ll have lots of new, fun ideas
to take home with you and try out next time you have some alone time!

This course will be taught by Erika! Erika is an
anthropologist who
studies relationships, dating, and sex in Japan… and she also LOVES
sex! She’s an expert at creating a comfortable, relaxed environment
where you can feel ok saying anything, so please come share your
stories, tips, and secrets for enjoying yourself alone with the other
ladies at the event!

Erika ALPERT is a doctoral candidate in linguistic anthropology at the University of Michigan (USA), and a research student at Kyoto University, where she has spent several years studying linguistics, cultural anthropology, gender studies, feminism, and sexuality. Along the way, she has learned a lot about pleasure and the body—some of it from her academic studies, and some of it from personal experience. (*wink*). She currently lives in Kyoto, researching and writing a dissertation about omiai (arranged marriage) and konkatsu (marriage-hunting activities), which has given her a certain amount of insight into the personal lives of Japanese women. When not researching, you can find her volunteering at Green e Books or enjoying Kyoto’s many fantastic bars, cafes, and bakeries!
エリカ・アルパートは、人類学者として、言語学、日本語学、文化人類学、ジェンダー研究、フェミニズム、そして、セクシュアリティーを数年間勉強しています。勉強、また、自分の経験を通して、人体とその快楽についてよく学ぶ機会がありました。現在、結婚活動（いわゆる「婚活」）やお見合い等について博士論部を研究したり書いたりしながら、京都市内に住んでいます。この研究を通じ、日本女性のプライベートのことも洞察することができました。暇な時間はGreen e Booksでボランティアーとして働いています。また京都の優れたバー、カフェー、パン屋さんなどの料理を食べたり飲んだりしています！
